The Reflective Collective is priced to reflect the many amazing offerings we have, that go beyond a traditional sublet office space.
We offer you:
-Beautiful office space to reserve in daily increments.-A supportive community of other therapists.
-Weekly or twice-monthly peer-to-peer clinical consultation groups.
-Comfy and welcoming break room to connect with other therapists on-site.
-Monthly gatherings to have fun, laughter and community.
-Internal clinical referrals.
-Shared clinical and therapeutic resources in an evolving document.

After polling peers, most therapists said that they see 5-7 people daily and would want in-person space for 1-2 days a week. With that in mind, pricing was created to honor what therapists are paid every day by their clients and to be accessible to as many as possible.
The rooms were priced to reflect approximately one hour of what therapists are paid by clients, so that if you were to see 5-7 people in the day, you would only be paying one of those client hours towards your office reservation. -
Nope! Not at all. The Reflective Collective requires all therapists to have their own private practice business. TRC does NOT take any percentage of the money you earn while working in the space. TRC does NOT offer employment or insurance to our therapists.
-
Reach out to owner, Sarah Lynne Poole, to discuss this. Depending on the needs of our community, this may be possible.

Great question. Due to the size of our rooms, therapy with more than three individuals may be tight.
Our space is also not tailored to young children as we cannot accommodate the necessary tools and space for play therapy.

Yes! We offer a Membership Only option that gives access to our community resources, monthly gatherings, and peer-to-peer consultation group. The Membership only option also gives you priority space on our waitlist to reserve office space. The Membership Only option is a minimum of a 3-month commitment and does not include access to office space. This is a perfect option for private practice therapists who are seeking community, consultation, and resources!
-
If you are not sure about joining our community, consider choosing a 3-month commitment first. You can always extend your commitment at the end of your 3-months.
-
Not at this time. You will be responsible for your securing your own confidential documents. However, we do offer some storage space for supplies, not clinical documentation or confidential material.

We love emotional support dragons and animals at The Reflective Collective, but unfortunately our building only permits registered therapy or service animals. Thanks for leaving your emotional support dragon at home!

Yes there are! There are two gender neutral bathrooms in the building, both on the first floor. On the fifth floor, where The Reflective Collective is located, there are gendered bathrooms.
